I use photography as a means of self-expression,
to explore and interpret the world around me.
For me, a photograph is not a moment waiting
to be captured, but a moment waiting to be released.
I am interested in the varied uses of photography
as it relates to my personal
search for understanding.

There are great photographs waiting
to be found everywhere.
My choice of subject is intuitive and fuelled
by a desire to partake in the stories
that unfold around me.
I photograph people in their environments
and interact with them in ways I would be unable to otherwise.

Recently I have begun to create
digital collages, in an effort to illuminate abstract visual ideas.
